EBSCO Savings & Profit Sharing Trust

The EBSCO Savings and Profit Sharing Trust is one of the top benefits EBSCO offers. EBSCO contributes up to 15% of before-tax profits through annual profit sharing. When EBSCO businesses are successful and have profitable years, every EBSCO employee benefits.

  • Company contributions are not tied to your personal savings and you are not required to save in order to receive company contributions.
  • Your company contributions are 100% vested after six or more years of employment.
  • After 90 days of employment:
    • Qualified incoming rollovers are accepted,
    • Employees can contribute 0-14% of gross pay (before taxes), up to a cap of $12,600.

Health & Dental Insurance

Health insurance is a hot topic for everyone these days and it’s not inexpensive to keep yourself or your family insured. For every employee who selects coverage through our health and dental insurance plan, EBSCO pays a portion of the total premiums. The portion you will pay is based on the number of dependents, the effective date you enrolled in the plan, and the length of time you have been on the plan.

After you have been on the EBSCO plan for five years, EBSCO pays more toward your premiums. And you will continue to receive a reduction in cost until you have been on the plan for eight years.
